The Challenge
A leading asset management firm was replacing their legacy portfolio management platform with a modern cloud solution. After 18 months of development, adoption was critically low: only 22% of traders were using the new system, with most reverting to spreadsheets.
Our Approach
We conducted deep user research to understand why the platform wasn't being used. We redesigned the onboarding journey, rebuilt the requirements for three core trader workflows, and ran a structured change programme including role-based training and peer champion networks.

The Challenge
An NHS Integrated Care Board needed to replace five disconnected patient administration systems with a single integrated platform. The programme had stalled due to unclear requirements, resistant clinical staff, and a technology vendor struggling to understand the clinical context.
Our Approach
We led a comprehensive discovery and business analysis phase, conducting over 60 stakeholder interviews across clinical, administrative, and technical teams. We produced a full requirements baseline, process maps for 28 end-to-end workflows, and a change readiness programme co-designed with frontline staff.

A national retailer was implementing a new Salesforce CRM across their 4,000-person commercial team. The project had a fixed go-live deadline tied to a major trading period, but requirements were incomplete and the business had no clear ownership of the programme.
Our Approach
We parachuted in to run an accelerated discovery sprint, establishing clear business ownership, capturing requirements for all commercial workflows, and creating a detailed prioritised backlog. We established a governance model and a dedicated change network to drive engagement across all regional teams.
